You certify that all documents you provide are true and complete. You remain responsible for paying regulator fees and monitoring application status.
Our total liability shall not exceed CAD $1 000 or the amount you paid us, whichever is greater.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
Guarantee applies only when the regulator’s written rejection cites MobilityLink’s administrative error. Resubmission attempts and regulator fees not included.
